What’s covered?
Accidental Damage cover from day 1 for 5 years
- Rips, tears, scuffs, punctures & burns
- Cuts, rips & tears
- Scuffs & scratches to leather or faux leather
- Snags and thread pulls in fabric Burns, for example cigarettes or iron
- All pet damage – such as cat scratches, biting & chewing – limited to 3 incidents.
- Anything you, family, friends or your pets can eat drink or pass .
- Any products related to cooking, cleaning or cosmetics.
- Paints, ink and glue (inc. superglue)
- All drinks such as red wine & coffee
- All foods such as curry & pizza
- All human and animal bodily fluids, such as blood & vomit
- All inks such as biro, felt tip & permanent marker
- All paints such as oil & gloss
- All make ups such as nail polish & lipstick
- Any dye transfer as a result of clothing or newspaper print (not as a result of build up)
- All oil based stains such as grease & tar
- All Adhesives such as glue & superglue
- All bleaches and other household cleaning products
- Any dyes, acidic liquids such bleaches, caustic and corrosive substances such as vinegar & lemon juice

What Happens
- Shortly after your delivery is completed you will receive a welcome pack from Emmiera Group Ltd Warranties (normally 24 hours but within 14 days)
- This pack give you all the information that you require for your 5-year peace of mind.
- If you have accidental damage, then contact Emmiera Group Ltd Warranties who will process the claim and instruct you further.
- Click on the AR button (found next to the full-screen option, bottom right of the viewer)
- You will be met with a ‘Loading AR’ visual; this is downloading the 3D model from the online server onto the platform, ready for you to view in your room (it does not download anything to your device)
- A QR code will then pop up in front of the 3D product
- Open your phone’s camera, and hold it in front of the QR code, your device should then scan the code, and provide a link for you to click on
- The AR function will then open in a window that appears to be your phone’s camera
- Move your phone’s camera around the room, this allows the software to gauge the measurements of the space you’re in
- The model will then load into the space at 100% scale, you are then able to move the product around your screen with your fingers to place it into the location you desire
- Click on the AR button (found bottom right of the viewer)
- You will be met with a ‘Loading AR’ visual; this is downloading the 3D model from the online server onto the platform, ready for you to view in your room (it does not download anything to your device)
- The AR function will then open in a window that appears to be your phone’s camera
- Move your phone’s camera around the room, this allows the software to gauge the measurements of the space you’re in
- The model will then load into the space at 100% scale, you are then able to move the product around your screen with your fingers to place it into the location you desire
