How Will my sofa look in the room?
If you use the AR function on the website, you can virtually place the selected sofa in your room, and it will show you how much space it takes up. Instructions on how to use the AR function are shown in the AR section or by clicking here.
How long will it take to get my sofa?
All our orders are made to order and will take a maximum of 6 weeks for delivery to you.
When you place and pay for the order, we will confirm the order back to you with your own personal order number. This will be used to track your order right through our manufacturing and delivery process.
If there are any issues, then we will contact you straight away to advise you.
What is the delivery notification process?
As soon as your order arrives at our distribution partners warehouse you will be contacted by email and text message giving you a choice of delivery date.
The afternoon before the delivery you will be send another text and email giving you the 3hr timeslot for delivery along with a tracking link.
On the morning of the delivery, you will be contacted again by text advising of the delivery time. This will be followed up by the driver calling you 30-60 minutes prior to arrival.
What happens at the time of delivery?
The 2-man delivery company specialise in placing the sofa in the room of your choice and then removing the packaging if you wish.
Will my sofa fit through the door when it arrives?
Most internal door widths are 70cm minimum – please check that yours are – if so then the sofas are delivered in packaging that will accommodate this. Either the arms or legs are separate and can be attached when they are delivered to the room of choice. Will the sofa fit in my room?
On every item, there is a line drawing showing the overall size of the sofa. Please check this again the space that you want to fit as we have all made the mistake in the past and sofas are generally larger than you think.
I live in a building which has more than 2 floors – is this a problem?
We can deliver up 2 flights of stairs. If it is more than this, please contact us before ordering and we may be able to accommodate you. If your flat/apartment has a service lift, please check the entrance to it to ensure we will be able to use it.
If want to return my sofa within 30 days – What preparations do I make?
The sofa needs to be as new, packed in its original packaging otherwise it will not be possible to accept the sofa by our transport partners. Someone else may want to love your sofa so please don’t try and use it for a short while and return it, we will know and we don’t want to fall out.
What happens if I want to return the sofa?
We want you to love your new Simplysofa for many years to come but if you do need to return it then you can do so if it’s within 30 days of receiving delivery and it is as new, no sitting on it for a week.
We can accept it back if it is in the original packaging so please email sales@sofastolove.co.uk with your details and we will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange collection.
You will be eligible to receive a full refund minus the collection charge of £199, to cover carrier costs.
If it’s outside the 30-day window unfortunately we won’t be able to accept the return unless your sofa is faulty.
How does the warranty work?
If you have a manufacturing fault with your sofa in the first 12 months we can send a specialist repair company to fix the issue, if it can’t be fixed we will replace the sofa.
The 5-year frame warranty relates to the hardwood frame inside the sofa, again we will send a specialist company to try and fix it, if not we will collect the sofa, replace the frame and return your sofa.
Unfortunately using the sofa as a trampoline isn’t covered under warranty so check out our T&Cs so you are completely sure what is and isn’t covered.
Also please be aware all domestic sofas have a weight limit of 17 stone per seat space. Give us a call if you are unsure and we can talk you through this if you need to contact us.
